I love "The Little Mermaid",
a classic Disney gem.
I bought it for my nieces,
then watched it more than them.
I knew from the beginning,
this movie was for me.
I kept time when Sebastion
sang, "Under The Sea".

ariel, so pretty, her long red hair unfurled, longed to leave the sea to be a part of Eric's world. |
One night when Ariel rose
to the surface of the sea,
lightning hit Eric's ship,
tossing him willy-nilly.
Ariel quickly swam to him,
and took him by the hand.
Her mermaid flippers served her well,
she got him to dry land.
When Eric opened his eyes,
they blurred as he looked around.
When he heard Ariel's voice,
he fell in love with the sound.
Ariel was solicited
by a mean seawitch.
She could have her land legs,
but her voice she had to switch.

and their wedded bliss commences.
